When you come in, you will be challenged by a Cooltrainer, go to your right for a calcium, then start surfing, there is a cooltrainer and some twins to the Left, if you beat them then you will be able to get a Max Elixer.
Near the twins, there is a Whirpool, teach the move to a weak Pokémon (like Magikarp) then get through, go to the East of the Shrine for a Revive, hidden in the far corner of the empty land on the land above that, there is a Dragon Fang, get it. Then answer the Questions like this: Friend, Raising, Anybody, Love, Both, then Claire will Give you The Rising Badge, then when you leave, TM24 now deposit one of your Pokémon in the Box, then come back for A Dratini with Extremespeed.
When you go outside, Professor Elm qill ring, go to him for a Master Ball, it is recommended that you deposit it in your box so you don't accidentally use it. It is probably best not to use it on the Legendary beasts, there are three and it will only get 1, also there are more powerful Pokémon to catch. You may want to skip the next 2 Walkthroughs out and go to Route 27
