Pokémon Gold and Silver/Rock Tunnel

Rock tunnel requires flash to get through. You can enter the tunnel from either side, depending on if you are traveling from Cerulean City (bottom entrance) or from Lavender Town (top entrance).

Floor 1

First floor of the Rock Tunnel

From the bottom entrance (Cerulean City), go up and grab the Elixer on the left, then climb up the stairs onto the raised area and grab the TM 47 (Steel Wing). Return to dirt floor and head to the far right until you reach the wall, then go up and climb down the ladder to Floor 2 (A).

Second visit to Floor 1

From the ladder (B) head left, go up, and climb down the ladder in the northwest corner (C).

Final visit to Floor 1

From the ladder (D) head left (a bit down, then left, then up, then left) to reach the exit. There is a hidden X Accuracy at the back of the dead end path lined by rocks (from the ladder go down, left, up a bit, then right to the end of the dead end).

Items

• TM 47 (Steel Wing): up on the platform above the bottom entrance.
• Elixer: down and to the left of TM 47.
• X Defend: Hidden near the center of the floor, at the end of a dead-end path.
• Iron (Calcium in Crystal version):
• X accuracy: hidden in the northeast corner, at the end of a dead-end path.

Floor 2

Second floor of the Rock Tunnel

From the northwest ladder (A), head straight down until you reach a dead end surrounded by rocks. Grab the hidden Max Potion along the west edge. Return up a bit, then to the right to a four/five way intersection (depending on how you look at it). Go down to get a PP UP. Return to the intersection and go right a bit, then head up and to the right to get a Revive. Return down to the intersection, head to the right, and climb up the ladder (B).

Second visit to Floor 2

From the ladder (C) head a bit to the right and then down. Half way down the map you will zigzag to the left and down. At the fork, take a left to get an Iron/Calcium. Return to the right and climb up the final ladder (D).
