The first building you'll see in Lilycove City is the Contest Hall, for Master Rank contests. You need a Ribbon in each of the Normal, Super and Hyper contests in order to compete here.

Climb the stairs to the right of the Pokémon Center to get up to the Lilycove Department Store.

Before you can get inside the Department Store, you'll have to battle your Rival again.

Rival Battle #4

This is the final rival battle in the game, and the toughest. Again, the Pokémon your Rival has depends what you picked to begin the game:

Lilycove Department Store

Once you've battled, you can get in. This is the largest store in the game, and contains just about anything you want. Here's what's on each floor:

Floor One: Lottery Center

Go up to the right counter to enter the free Pokémon Lotto. If one of your Pokémon's IDs matches the number they draw, you'll win a prize. You can win:

  • Master Ball
  • Max Revive
  • Exp. Share
  • PP Up

You can do the Lotto only once per day. When you're done with the Lotto, go into the elevator. Here, you can select your floor and automatically go there.
