This is a simulated battle against infantrymen. The difficulty level is set low, so it should prove no problem to a SOLDIER operative. Relax and enjoy the training.
Just attack. These are the same as the Sentries at the beginning of the game, so it should be no difficulty whatsoever.

- Unlocked at the beginning of Chapter 10
This is a simulated battle against Shinra's new Gun Bull Heads. You may have fought them before, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the fight will be easy. Overconfidence may lead to death...
No special strategy should be required by the the time this mission is unlocked.

- Unlocked by completing 50 Shinra Troops
You will be sparring with out infantrymen. Although each individual posses little challange, the fact that they will appear in a constant stream should even the odds. Let us see how you fare.
The easiest way to deal with the crowd is to use materia such as High Jump or Assult Twister+, which allows you to hit loads of enemies at once.

100 Shinra Troops
- Unlocked by completing 50 Shinra Troops
It's another practice session, but with powered-up infantrymen...and more of them! This should be pretty tougheven for a SOLDIER operative. Give it all you've got.
Use the strategy above to get this mission over and done with as soon as possible.

Zack, we now understand just how strong you are, so here's our last training session with the most powerful infantrymen we have. They will seem truly endless, coming at you again and again and again... Are you ready for the ultimate sparring challenge?
The hardest of the bunch. Continue to use the strategies described above, but as an extra precaution, use Barrier to help reduce the damage the infantrymen can do to you, and use Curaga regually.
