From Chapter 5 onwards, a guard is waiting for you in Loveless Street (Sector 8). Talk to him to start the Wutai's Nemesis quest.
Walkthrough[edit]
You will have to find the 6 Wutai Spies in order:
- The first spy is just near where you got the quest, it's a man walking the Loveless Street. Talk to him several times before he reveals himself. It will unlock the mission M4-3-1.
- The second spy is in Sector 5 - market, he is the guard patrolling the area, also talk to him several times. It will unlock the mission M4-3-2.
- The third spy is disguised as a Shinra employee in the first floor of Shinra Tower, upstairs near the elevators. If he isn't there, try to go up and down each staircase. It will unlock the mission M4-3-3.
- The fourth spy is disguised as a woman talking to a man near the east exit to Sector 1 of Sector 8 - fountain. It will unlock the mission M4-3-4.
- The fifth spy is in the Exhibition Room, near the Rocket. It will unlock the mission M4-3-5.
- The sixth and last spy is a child hidden in the Sector 6 park (near Sector 5 alley). It will unlock the mission M4-3-6.

Wutai's Nemesis
Caught all the Wutai spies that had infiltrated Midgar.
You'll get Walnut Wood, which is an important item for the Side Quest Midgar Full of Flowers.
