You first need to join every Fan Club to start the Fan Club Savior Side Quest. There are 5 clubs to join.

Keepers of Honor: Chapter 2, go south of the Sector 8 - Fountain and talk to one of the women.
Red Leather: Chapter 2, go south of the Sector 8 - Fountain and talk to one of the women.
Study Group: Chapter 2, go to Sector 8 - Loveless Street to find a woman to the north.
Silver Elite: Chapter 5, go to Sector 6 Slums - Park to find a woman who will ask you 3 questions in order to join, the answers are "Masamune", "Supernova", "Left".
Zack Fan Club: Chapter 6, talk to Cissnei in Upper Junon - Level 8, you access this zone from Upper Junon - Level 6, by taking the southwest elevator. Then in Chapter 7, talk to the left receptionist in Shinra Tower - Entrance.

Walkthrough[edit]

There are 2 clubs to save. In Chapter 7, you need to go see the Red Leather member south of the Sector 8 fountain and tell her to merge with the other fan club. Then go talk to the Study Group member in Loveless Street and tell her about the other fan club. Return to the Red Leather member and talk to her. Now the child, talk to the child next to the Red Leather member, he says that his mom is missing, go find her in Sector 1 Station - Platform. Tell her that "A mother without honor is nothing but a monster". Go back to talk to them south of the Fountain.
