- Technology required: Engineering
- Structure bonus: 50% increase in city growth
Bank
- Technology required: Banking
- Building required: Market
- Structure bonus: Replaces market but quadruples gold production
Barracks
- Technology required: Bronze Working
- Structure bonus: New units start as veterans
Cathedral
- Technology required: Religion
- Building required: Temple
- Structure bonus: Replaces Temples but produces 2 culture per citizen
Courthouse
- Technology required: Literacy
- Structure bonus: Increases the amount of land you can utilize by 1 square distance on every side along with this courthouses can produce culture if you build a Magna Carta Wonder
Factory
- Technology required: Industrialization
- Structure bonus: Doubles Production
Granary
- Technology required: Pottery
- Structure bonus: Increases food production in plain squares by 2
Harbor
- Technology required: Navigation
- Structure bonus: +1 food from sea squares
Iron Mine
- Technology required: Railroad
- Structure bonus: Mountains provide 5x the production
Library
- Technology required: Alphabet
- Structure bonus: Doubles science production
Market
- Technology required: Currency
- Structure bonus: Doubles gold production
Palace
- Technology required: none
- Structure bonus: Culture bonus
SDI
- Technology required: Superconductor
- Structure bonus: Intercepts any ICBM
Spaceship Fuel
- Technology required: Space Flight
- Structure bonus: 1/4 pieces needed for science victory
