NCSoft periodically creates in game events for the world of Lineage 2. These vary from extra drops from monsters that can be used to obtain rare items, to special monsters spawning with good drops or xp, and the latest event: a cross server Battle Tournament.

There were some "events" on the test server, which has only really consisted of increased rewards for testers of the new chronicles.
