A strange, futuristic city with odd spherical structures on the skyline. The area is rich with turrets, flying bombs, Sniper Joes (green, shield-using robots), and spikes. Bombman is able to leap around the room and toss bombs that explode on impact at Mega Man.
Main stage
In the first section, you will encounter light enemies. One of them will shoot into the air and detonate; a safe zone is right against the fianl platform just before their detonation point.
Proceed upward, and through the next floor.
On the second floor, enemy missiles will approach from the right. When they are shot, they will explode and damage Mega Man if they are too close.
On the third floor, head to the right, being careful not to be shot by the enemy. When going down the shaft, you can opt to head into the upper room first to collect an extra life.
Boss shaft
The safest way to Bomb Man is by jumping down the right-side of the shaft. Enemies are least likely to contact you from this position.
