If you are looking for The Chozo Artifact of Truth. It is located at the Impact crater.But you need a missile first to get this Chozo Artifact =).Once you land from The first level where you escape just go get a missile from defeating The machine that shoots out Bees at you.Then just go back to Tallon Overworld and go strait up the hill to the door and kill the Shriek Porcupines on the ceiling and go straight to the door and shoot it to get in.Then it might take a while for the Preview of The Impact Crater.Next just go straight and Shoot the door WITH YOUR MISSILE and go straight to a next door. Once you are in the mountain go left and Keep following that path.Once you are outside just go straight and You'll find the Artifact of Truth.
