For the portable version, see Need for Speed Carbon: Own the City. For the mobile game, see Need for Speed: Carbon (Mobile).

Need for Speed: Carbon is the latest game in the Need for Speed series. It involves going back to Rockport City, race cars, and a backstabber who needs to put his money where his mouth is. You also get to meet Emmanuelle Vaugier playing Nikki as your ex-girlfriend.

Race the streets of Rockport City and earn Turf, respect, and cool cars. As an element of continuity, the sergeant from "Most Wanted" is back. In the game, depending on your racing style and preferences, you get to take on muscle cars which focus on pure power and acceleration, tuner cars which handle very sharply with tight turns, and/or exotic cars for top speed.
