Race the streets of Rockport City and earn Turf, respect, and cool cars. As an element of continuity, the sergeant from "Most Wanted" is back. In the game, depending on your racing style and preferences, you get to take on muscle cars which focus on pure power and acceleration, tuner cars which handle very sharply with tight turns, and/or exotic cars for top speed.
Need for speed: Carbon, follows the plotline of Need for speed: Most Wanted. Having Escaped from the angry police of Rockport, you return to your own home of Palmont city. Except now, you are a outcast, and have no cars, no turf, and most of all, no reputation. To win the game you must race through Palmont city and leave everyone else in the dust.
