Need for Speed: Underground 2 is the 8th game in the Need for Speed series and follows the success of Need for Speed Underground by giving you an open world to travel around. It's also the first time a model, Brooke Burke, playing Rachel, is in a Need for Speed game. Even though your goal is to complete all the races you find in your career, you also have to earn plenty of reputation and upgrade both the visual and the performance of your car. To earn even more cash, you can also appear on magazines and dvd covers. The PlayStation Portable equivalent of the game is called Need for Speed: Underground Rivals. There is also an edition of the game called Need for Speed: Underground 2 SHA_DO that is only available in Japan on the PlayStation 2.
