Here is a list of all the possible playable classes that are in the world of Rappelz and how they can develop.

Stepper

The Stepper is the starting class for the Asura.

Strider

The Strider is an assassin-like class that uses high evasion and attack power.

  • Gets upgrades for the cross bow and good with fast attack weapons like dual wield daggers, but not as defensive as the fighter or holy warrior.
  • Has Self buffs to increase Evasion and Lower threat level, so the low defense is no problem when in a party.

Assassin

The Melee second Job class of the Strider. Can further improve Dual Weapon skill and receives lots of buffs for accuracy and evasion. Can make itself invisible from other players and monsters.

Shadow Hunter

The ranged Second Job class of the strider. Also has accuracy and evasion buffs, but skills focus on usage of the crossbow. Fast and good damage.

Dark Magician

The Dark Magician uses spells that drain and weaken the enemy. Has a life drain spell, and gets ability to transfer their hp to others. Dark Magicians almost always use staffs. Many Dark Magicians also favor the use of a dagger while in dungeon parties because there are many more abilities to debuff an NPC’s physical attack as opposed to their magical attack.

Chaos Magician

The chaos magician focuses more on doing direct magical damage than debuffing and overtime damage, DOTS.

Guide

The Guide is the starting class for the Deva. The skills Smite and Minor Healing are learned by this class.

Holy Warrior

The Holy Warrior is a class that benefits not only from a decent p.atk as well as stuns it has very high p.def along with a shield which makes him a very skillfull tank as long as the user spams his skills to hold aggro. Holy Warriors are a must in dp's because they are very good at taking a hit. Their warrior armor mixed with skills to increase hp, p.def, blocking capablities, and having a shield that blocks around 20-40% of all attacks make them one of the best soloing classes in the game.

Knight

The knight mainly focuses on his shield, but he has weapon skills, too. He makes the best tank in the game.

Soldier

The soldier usually has two weapons or a double-handed weapon. They focus more on attack than defence and thus have more weapon skills than the knight.

Cleric

The Cleric is the Magician Class of the Deva Race. Clerics are committed to magic attacks, focusing mainly on healing and Buffs over attack power. Their healer spells consist of: Minor Healing, Healing, Restoration, Resurrection and Rapid Healing. Their attack skills can do a lot of damage, as they are not completely vulnerable. The Cleric is one of the most important classes when it comes to a dungeon party, as their buffs are designed as group buffs (Can buff other players with them) and their healing skills aren't self usable. They are fairly good all-round, but they need a skilled user who understands the skills.

Bishop

Bishop has very high buffs at an early level .ie. lvl 60 can have 110+ vitality and attack buff. They have high M. attack and not so good heals.

Priest

The Priest is the evolution of a cleric. Priest have almost the same skills of cleric but they specialize in party buff and party healing. Priests are very important in a party.

Breeder

The Breeder is Deva's summoner. The breeder has medium defence and strength from any other summoner class. It concentrates more on creature heals and creature support buffs.

Soul Breeder

The Soul Breeder is an improved version of the "Breeder" Class. He has many more Buffs and Heals for his companions.

Rogue

The Rogue is the starting race for Gaia.

Fighter

Fighters are the first EVO class from a rogue, and can evolve to a champion for meleers, and Archers for rangers. Fighters gain defense bonuses over other races and classes, but are weak to mage attacks. They have powerful axe skills and are based on nature-related skills such as Air, Earth, Fire and Water. They suit best with Dual Axes or a 2 Handed Axe, and are also reasonably skillful with a bow (Not a crossbow).

Champion

The Champion is one of the two Second Job Classes of the Fighter in the Gaia Race. The Champion excels in Hand to hand and melee combat, Focusing mainly on large 2 Handed axes or dual axes. Compared with a Fighter, Champions have increased HP, and slightly increased MP, as well as no Archery Skills, and instead, higher damage dealing axe based attack skills. The Champion is seldom a match, however, for Mages, but will easily defeat Melee or Archery based monsters of a higher level. When it comes to Dungeon Parties, Champions are preference, because of their high defence bonuses and healing skills, as well as their ability to self increase their vitality skill. To get the best out of Socketing, suggested stones are those of your level at least, which are of: Strength, and Vitality or Health. These are highly recommended as the stones you should use, as Dexterity is for Archers, Intelligence is for Summoners, Agility is for Asuran Magicians, and Wisdom is also for Magicians. Pets that best combine with Champions are: Skeletons for Champions using a 2 Handed Axe, Hawks, for those using dual Axes, Kentauros, for either, or a Blue or Red Pixie, for the Buffs, Attack Skills, Healing Skills, and the Debuffs they can provide. Intel and Wis rare type stones are useful for champions if they enjoy spamming skills. The best kind of weapon build for a champion would probably be dual axes as a pose to a two handed axe, because they provide more total P. Atk and are quicker than a two handed axe.

Archer

The archer is the ranged weapon specializing second job class of the fighter. Archers focus on bow skills, therefore they are not very good with melee weapons, and are good at dealing damage.

Kahuna

The Kahuna is somewhat of a hybrid between a fighter and a spellcaster. Their attack spells are mediocre when compared to a mage's and must rely on melee for most damage. It is more similar to the Deva Holy Warrior than the Dark Mage in terms of damage dealing. However, several buffs and a powerful healing spell allows them to sometimes replace Deva Clerics in the support role of large groups.

Battle Kahuna

The Battle Kahuna is the more melee type of kahuna you can have. Excellent self-buffs make being a Battle Kahuna one of the greatly considered classes.

Druid

The Druid is the curse caster and has excellent physical attack, but lacks poorly in defence. This caster uses a Over time heal and has defence, attack, and run speed buffs. Also features silence skills, such as explosion of petrifaction, shackle of the ground and dark water seal. Druids are the second out of the two classes that can resurrect fallen allies without a scroll

Spell-Singer

The Spell-Singer is a summoner that has excellent vitality, strength, intelligence and wisdom buffs for both the pet and the summoner, therefore is a good PvP class. The spell singer is the most damage dealing class of all the summoner classes and uses 1 handed axes or 2 handed axe.
