North of Nava's Hut are two tree trunks that can be destroyed by bombs, destroy the upper one and take the now open path, destroy the block with the Iron Flail and then head upwards, climb the stairs and open the chest.
After receiving the Spring Bean from Nava and getting the Fire Wand, head to the screen just North of the Reptile Lair, go up the stairs and destroy the block with the Flail, a growing tray for a Spring Bean is partially hidden in the tree just Northwest of the small monolith. Use the Spring Bean to jump to the raised area to the right, jump across the gap, burn the thorn bush with the Fire Wand and head down to open the chest.
