Tallon Overworld
Once you have the Grapple Beam you can go after the X-Ray Visor or the Magma Beam next. Apparently the hint system can point you to either one at this point; perhaps it shows you the one closest to territory you've already explored. Regardless, we're going to cover the X-Ray Visor next because it's been reachable since you got the Power Bomb.
Once the Power Bombs are obtained from the Central Dynamo in the Phazon Mines, go back to the Transport to Tallon Overworld South back to Tallon Overworld and go back to Great Tree Hall. The top of the spider track tower and go through the White Door (unlocked with Ice Beam). Once inside the Life Grove Tunnel, use the newly acquired Power Bombs to blast the Bendenzium rock and get to the Life Grove. Within the center of the room is the X-Ray visor. Use this visor not only to see Chozo Ghosts, but to fight the Omega Pirate. Use the plasma beam to kill the Omega Pirate, and be sure to charge it, and ignore the pirates that are summoned. Also, it may also be the south that has the spider track tower.
