In Chapter 7, you must refuse to depart when Kunsel asks you so.
What to do[edit]
You must gather several items:
- Craftsman Monthly: Complete the Side Quest Security Department Challenge
- Walnut Wood: Complete the Side Quest Wutai's Nemesis
- Premium Tires: Complete the Side Quest The Hopeless SOLDIER
- Mythril Tools: Complete the Side Quest Monsters in Midgar
- Shinra parts: Complete the Side Quest Shinra's Squats Champion
When you have everything, go see Aerith in Sector 5 - Church. Talk to her once for each Wagon.
