Here is a list of all the possible playable classes that are in the world of Rappelz and how they can develope.

Stepper

The Stepper is the starting class for the Asura.

Strider

The Strider is an assassin-like class that uses high evasion and attack power.

  • Gets upgrades for the cross bow and good with fast attack weapons like duel wield daggers, but not as defensive as the fighter or holy warrior.
  • Has Self buffs to increase Evasion and Lower threat level, so the low defensive is no problem when in a party.

Assassin

The Melee second Job class of the Strider. Can further improve Dual Weapon skill and recieves lots of buffs for accuracy and evasion.

Shadow Hunter

The ranged Second Job class of the strider. Also has accuracy and evasion buffs, but skills focus on usage of the crossbow. Fast and good damage.

Dark Magician

The Dark Magician uses spells that drain and weaken the enemy. Has a life drain spell, and gets ability to transfer their hp to others. Dark Magicians almost always use staffs. Many Dark Magicians also favor the use of a dagger while in dungeon parties because there are many more abilities to debuff an NPCs physical attack as opposed to their magical attack.

Chaos Magician

The chaos magician focuses more on doing direct magical damage than debuffing and overtime damage, DOTS.

Guide

The Guide is the starting class for the Deva. The skills Smite and Minor Healing are learned by this class.

Holy Warrior

The Holy Warrior is similar to a Paladin. It is a warrior which benefits from additional healing capabilities and defensive buffs.

Knight

The knight mainly focuses on his shield, but he has weapon skills, too. He makes the best tank in the game.

Soldier

The soldier usually has two weapons or a double-handed weapon. They focus more on attack than defence and thus have more weapon skills than the knight.

Cleric

The Cleric is the main healer/buffer of Rappelz, sacrificing soloing abilities to aid allies. However, the Kahuna class also has some powerful buffs and a healing spell.

  • Can get a spell to bring dead players back to life, others must use a scroll item to do this.

Bishop

Fighter

Fighters generally do heavy amounts of damage at slower rates than the Asura Strider, but have better defense. Along with Holy Warrior are the best at withstanding getting hit.

  • Powerful 2 hand weapon skills
  • They get long bow skill boosts.

Champion

The Champion is a Second Job Class of a Fighter. The champion uses Melee weapons, Focusing on large 2 Handed axes or dual small axes. This is an excellent Damage Dealer Class.

Archer

The archer is the ranged weapon specializing second job class of the fighter. Archers focus on bow skills, therefore they are not very good with melee weapons, and are good at dealing damage.

Kahuna

The Kahuna is somewhat of a hybrid between a fighter and a spellcaster. Their attack spells are mediocre when compared to a mage's and must rely on melee for most damage. It is more similar to the Deva Holy Warrior than the Dark Mage in terms of damage dealing. However, several buffs and a powerful healing spell allows them to sometimes replace Deva Clerics in the support role of large groups.

Battle Kahuma

The Battle Kahuna is the more mele type of kahuna you can have.

Druid

The Druid is the curse caster relying more on his magic skills rather than his axe.

Spell-Singer

The Spell-Singer is a summoner that is halfway between Breeder and Sorcerer. Has poor damage taking ability and gets bow weapon bonus.
