Power-ups[edit | edit source]

Candy[edit | edit source]

Candy affects your bubble blowing ability. Each Candy is worth 100 points.

Umbrellas[edit | edit source]

Umbrellas allow you to automatically advance a certain number of stages. Don't be in such a hurry to grab them, however. You might miss something important in a stage you skip. Each Umbrella is worth 200 points.

Rings[edit | edit source]

Rings give you the ability to earn extra points for various actions. Each Ring is worth 1000 points.

Crosses[edit | edit source]

Crosses create alternate means of killing enemies, which create high point bonuses when defeated. The conditions to make crosses appear vary with the level of difficulty. Each Cross is worth 3000 points.

Lanterns[edit | edit source]

Lanterns grant the player multiple effects at once. They are hard to earn, but the rewards are worth it. Each Lantern is worth 2000 points.

Effect Allows the dinos to run faster, as well as jump and fall faster. Stops time for the monsters, and freezes them in place. You can still be killed if you run into them. Creates an explosion that kills everything. Turns free enemies into 10k diamonds and bubbled enemies into 6k diamonds. Causes the screen to flash whenever a special item is about to appear.
Condition Run across the full length of the screen 15 times. Pop 12 lightning bubbles. Pop 10 / 13 / 16 / 19 fire bubbles. "Hurry Up!" has appeared 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 times.

Stars fall down the screen, turning enemies into 6k diamonds. 10 EXTEND bubbles appear at the next opportunity. A ball bounces around the stage, turning enemies into 6k diamonds.
Condition Burn 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 enemies with fire bubbles. Kill 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 enemies with lightning bubbles. Pop 10 / 13 / 16 / 19 fire bubbles. "Hurry Up!" has appeared 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 times.

Effect Freezes enemies and allows you to run into them, turning them into items. See the Enemies page for more information. Causes items to appear faster than usual, around 4 seconds. Behaves like the yellow potion, as well as causing the next 3 special items to be potions. Comets fly across the screen, making any enemy they touch immediately turn angry.
Condition Collect 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 defeated enemy fruits. Collect any of the crown-type items on the previous level. Begin 777 levels. Skel-Monsta has appeared 20 / 23 / 27 / 30 times.

Effect Allows you to enter a secret room containing gems and an encoded message. Allows you to warp ahead from level 50 to level 70. Provides a dino with fire breath, which turns enemies into 9k diamonds. Lasts for five complete stages. Gives the dinos the ability to blow lightning bubbles.
Condition Reach levels 20, 30, and 40 without dying. Reach level 50 without dying. There's a 1 in 4096 chance that any bubble drifting onto the screen will be this fireball bubble. Reach level 100.

Point generating items[edit | edit source]

Staffs and Chests[edit | edit source]

When you collect a staff or treasure chest in a stage, a large item will fall down the middle of the screen when the last enemy is defeated. All remaining bubbles on the screen will turn into small versions of that item, worth 700 points if collected. Staffs are worth 500 points, and will give you a large food item. Treasure chests are worth 1000 points, and will give you a large diamond.

Potions[edit | edit source]

When you collect a potion, all monsters are immediately removed from the screen and a number of items fill up the empty space on the screen. You are given 30 seconds to collect as many of these items as you can for bonus points. If you succeed at collecting all of the items, you will receive 100,000 bonus points. If you're playing a two player game, the player who collects the most items is awarded 100,000 points and the other player gets 50,000 points. If they collect an equal amount out of whole items on the screen (e.g. 30 to 30 out of 60), they can each get 100,000 points. The item that appears is determined by the color of the potion, but all the items are worth 500 points.

High-score cheat items[edit | edit source]

There are a number of letter combination that you can enter if you get a high score that will have an effect on the next game. By entering the correct initials, a special item will appear on the first screen of the next game. Collecting it will have some unusual effect.
