Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is a hack and slash game for the Nintendo Switch and was released worldwide on November 20, 2020. It was developed by Omega Force and published by Nintendo internationally and Koei Tecmo in Japan. It is a followup to Hyrule Warriors and a prequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, depicting the events of the Great Calamity 100 years before that game. It features 18 playable characters, each with their own unique moves, and the ability to pilot the four Divine Beasts during certain battles. Two waves of Expansion Pass DLC are planned for June and November 2021.
