An abandoned train station by a narrow river with surrounding buildings in decay.

Lots of open space. Basically a circle track with some ramps, a couple of jump pads, and few tight corridors.


[edit] Environmental Hazards

There is a bridge leading across the river to the Darkwalker drop point. If you jump off the bridge or get shot off into the water, you will die instantly.


[edit] Special Features

Not too long into the mission a dropship flies over the map and deposits a Darkwalker for anyone to use. If this is during campaign play, certain missions have the Darkwalker locked for the player team.

When the Darkwalker is destroyed, a berzerk powerup and a UDamage powerup drop from the remains. The Darkwalker will be replaced after a time.

  • U-Damage: Drops off the Darkwalker when it is destroyed.
  • Berzerk: Drops off the Darkwalker when it is destroyed.

[edit] Strategies & Tactics

  • Once one team has the Darkwalker, the other team will usually avoid its firepower; it can be effective for the DW team to keep it moving to surprise players who didn't think it would go where it does; the DW can circle the entire map with some ducking and sidestepping
  • As usual, the rocket launcher works well in this map by locking onto distant targets, and providing lots of punch in short and medium range
  • When playing the computer or in campaign mode, staying away from the Darkwalker often results in the computer abandoning it, at which point you can hijack it
