One day, Wario was sitting at home, just being lazy. But suddenly, he learns that there is a Giant Golden Pyramid hidden somewhere in the jungle which had millions of priceless golden objects. With this get-rich-quick scheme in mind, Wario set off to the jungle. When Wario finally finds it, he scales the pyramid to find an entrance. When he managed to get inside, he found out that he was trapped with no escape. This begins Wario's quest in the Golden Pyramid.
