Advance Wars: Days of Ruin/Regional Differences

There are many differences between this Advance War game depending on which regional version of the game you have. This is due to Nintendo of America and Nintendo of Europe receiving Japanese copies of the game to translate independently.

Whist there exist these differences, the gameplay, basic storyline and features are all identical in all versions. Listed below are some of the variations that exists.

Advance Wars: Dark Conflict (EU)

• Fractions known as: 12th Independent Legion, Zephyrian Army & New Laurentia Army.
• Character names: Ed, O’Brain, Lin, Catleia, Carter, Zadia, Trak, Sigismundo, Finn, Stolos, Larissa & Lili. Drakov, Cole & Dr. Moritz.
• CO Power names.
• NPC Units: Strix Gun, Nemesis Missile, Pulsutrix & Great Owl.
• Mega Tank (War Tank in US)
• Mech Gun (Artillery un US)
• Mobile Workshop (Rig in US)
• Fighter (Duster in US)
• The virus created was known as the Floral Virus.
