The Home Rating Academy or HRA for short is a weekly academy that will check your house and it's rooms, and rate you on things such as furniture, themes, sets, and other stuff like that. You get marked down for non matching items, non matching themes, non matching sets, items on the ground, and trash. The HRA never actually check your house while you play, rather they send you a letter saying what your score is based on they're system of ranking.
