The Home Rating Academy (HRA for short) is a weekly academy that will check your house and its rooms, and rate you on things such as furniture, themes, sets, and so forth. You get marked down for non-matching items, non-matching themes, non-matching sets, items on the ground, and trash. You never actually see the HRA checking your house, they simply send you a letter saying what your score is based on their system of ranking.
