The Forest of Hope is the second place to visit. You will start near to the middle of this level. You will need to knock down a fence-like wall in order to explore more of this area. From here you'll encounter your first predators of the pikmin: the bulborbs. In this area is a pool; only blue pikmin can survive in water, so avoid this until your ready. You will find a space ship piece (Eternal fuel dynamo) in this area though because its so large you may need to make some more pikmin first. Once you have negotiated this heavy object have a look around for another destructible fence it should be to the right of the previous one you knocked down. Once you break through you'll be in another enclosed area with a yellow pikmin onion. You can use all the pellets you want to build up a squad of yellow pikmin. The yellow pikmin can break down the big stone walls like the one near your space ship, as well as the two walls near the yellow onion. The yellows break the walls with bomb rocks which you'll find by the wall to the right hand side from the last fence which was knocked down. Be careful with these bombs as they can be tricky to use effectively also be aware each day the bomb rocks respawn so don't try knocking all the walls down on one day as there may not be enough to blast down all of them. You should be able to break the two walls nearby if you need more bombs look in the giant tin can to the left side of the broken fence. Depending on how long you have left you can also try knock down the wall near your base. If you can do all this in a day then your on track for getting everything. | ||
