Current Collaboration of the Month

Every month, a Collaboration of the Month will be selected by using this page. Using cooperative editing, the aim of the collaboration is to complete a major task or greatly improve an article by the end of the month. A list of former collaborations can be found in the archive.

How to Nominate

Anyone may nominate a collaboration. To nominate an article, copy the nomination template below, fill it out accordingly and then put it at the bottom of the list. Leave the {{subst:CURRENT...}} templates as they are, and they will automatically fill in the current date for you.

Voting

Please feel free to vote on as many candidates as you like. Any registered user may vote for an article, as long as the account's first edit occurred before the nomination.

Collaboration of the month nominations are evaluated at the end of every month. The number of oppose votes is subtracted from the number of support votes, producing a net value for each nomination. The guide with the highest net value each month becomes that month's collaboration. In the case of a tie, the earliest nomination is chosen.

Nominations will be removed in one of three instances:

  1. The nomination is selected as the new Collaboration of the month.
  2. The nomination has been live for six months and has a net value of zero.
  3. The nomination has been live for 12 months.

      • Think that was my mistake. I think it's coming out on 20th February in the US or something. Then it's coming out on 5th June in the UK. I didn't realise until after I'd put it here and I started playing Sims 2, because it has advert things underneath the 'play' button and it was advertising The Sims 3. --Melon247 08:56, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

  • Despite the fact that it isn't as well known as Halo 3 or SSBB, Pikmin 2 was an excellent game. And with the upcoming Pikmin 3 as well as the Wii release of Pikmin 2, it's probably going to be talked about.   • The previous games relating to this one (Riviera: The Promised Land and Yggdra Union: We'll Never Fight Alone) had pretty slick looking graphics and music. The game is being published by Atlus and is being released to North America on June 2, 2009. In my region advertisements for pre-ordering the game were up earlier this month and Atlus is one of the better known RPG releasing companies so there may be a good deal of people getting the game. --Zaiqukaj 09:51, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
