Highlight Blade at the character selection screen, press

Highlight Ryu at the character selection screen, then highlight the following fighters in order: Ken, Cammy, Chun Li, Honda, Balrog, Blade, Bison, Akuma, Blade while pressing

on each before moving to the next person.
