SFEX Skullomania.jpg

Skullomania was the younger of two brothers who were selected by the communist government of a small country to become olympic gymnasts, and have the honor of representing their country in competition, a high honor that brought prestige and comfort to their family. After many people in a rebellion against the government, as well as innocent bystanders, were killed indiscriminately by the government death squads, the brothers agreed to join the rebellion upon hearing that their family had died.

After the death squad's attack, the people were too frightened to continue with their movement. Skullomania's older brother, who lost a wife and children, was a charismatic force that reignited the spirit of the people. Impressed with his big brother's determination, Skullomania was motivated to sacrifice everything for the cause. They donned outfits that looked similar to the death squad uniforms, decorated with the images of human skeletons. The brothers incorporated their gymnastic prowess into a fighting style and taught all who could learn, creating an unstoppable army of martial artists. With one final push on the capitol, the government was toppled and the leader was beheaded.

Skullomania expected to help in the construction of a new government, but the older brother, driven mad by the loss of his loved ones, assumed the tyrannical post of the previous leader, with support from those he led, who became the new death squad army. Shocked by the reversal of circumstances, Skullomania fled. Angry with his older brother's betrayal, he new that his brother had too much support to take down at once. He formulated a plan in which he would alter his outfit slightly and don the public identity of Skullomania in an effort to sway the hearts of the public away from his brother, who had called himself Shadow Geist.

Skullomania joined a Street Fighting tournament to develop fame and prestige and to become a symbol of justice for his people. Using a fighting style that combined his athletic prowess, he defeated many opponents and got very close to the finals. He returned home a hero, but he knew that he needed to stay out of the spotlight for a while since he knew that Shadow Geist would suspect his identity.

When it turned out that the second tournament was to be hosted by Shadow Geist himself, Skullomania carefully planned his entry to the tournament, and remained as hidden as he could between fights. Determined to earn the match between himself and Shadow Geist, he outmaneuvered opponent after opponent in order to remain in the tournament, until at last he was face to face with Shadow Geist. With no illusions as to who they were to one another, they attacked with every ounce of their being, attempting to beat one another into submission.

Ultimately, it was Skullomania who quickly took advantage of an opportunity to utilize his finishing move, the Shin Skullo Dream, and knocked Shadow Geist out. Too old to compete with his younger brother anymore, Geist escaped from the arena, leaving the matter unresolved until the next tournament. Skullomania vowed to face him again, and remove him from power once and for all.
