Achievements are special, assignable buffs that you can earn through various means. You can access the achievements menu by pressing J. From there, if you've unlocked an achievement the image will be lit up (also the requirement shown will be clearly achieved - for example 500/500 kills). Lit up achievements, or those which have been unlocked, can be assigned by simply clicking on their image and dragging it to one of the empty achievement slots at the top of the window. You only begin with a signle empty slot, but after every ten character levels you'll unlock another slot until you have a maximum of six.

An achievement with an asterisk (*) at the end of its name denotes that it is a hidden, unlockable achievement. These types of achievements cannot be tracked like the other ones, and so your best bet is to keep track of them mentally or on a piece of paper. Some hidden achievements will become visible partially through unlocking them, whereas some will remain unseen until unlocked.

	Gemologist*	"Pick up 1000 gems."	+10% resistance to all status effects
