Fallout: New Vegas/Arizona Killer

This quest has you assassinating President Kimball at the Hoover Dam. You must first meet with Cato Hostilius to initiate it.
There are many way to complete this quest. It is best if you send your companions to wait elsewhere while you do this quest otherwise they may make it difficult for you.
Cato will give you a uniform to blend in, but do not let the Rangers see you because they will see right through your disguise. The President will arrive after 5-10 minutes.
- You can kill the President directly which is the quickest way of getting him, but this will make all surrounding NCR hostile to you.
- If you run round the stage's left hand side there is a tower with a Ranger standing guard. If you kill him quietly, you will be able to snipe the President from a distance while he makes his speech. Alternatively, you can stand between some rocks near the bottom of the ridge and kill him while he is walking to the stage.
- Talking to the other assassin will get you a bomb which you can plant on his Vertibird during the speech. You need 50 explosives, and can get past the guard using the NCR Engineer Suit from the Supply Closet in the Visitor Center.
- East of the Visitor Center, up the stairs, there is a console which you can use to rig the cannon to explode (requiring 50 repair skill) or you can use the cannon to shoot down the Vertibird while it is flying in (50 science skill required).
- You can hack the terminal inside the Visitor Center to change the Vertibird flight plan. However, this will make everyone in the Visitor Center hostile to you and you will have to wait out the President's 20 minute speech.
- There is a soldier near the stage without his helmet on. It is on a table next to the stairs below the Visitor Center, with a guard nearby. If you wait for him to leave, you can rig the helmet to explode if you have C4 and 50 explosives skill. You can then tell him where the helmet is where he will retrieve it, and then detonate it while the President is giving his speech.
- The Vertibird can be shot until it explodes.
Once you have successfully killed the President and escaped, remove your disguise and return to Caesar, who will give you your final quest, Veni, Vidi, Vici.
