Pokemon Black/White feature several event pokemon. Only three of which have are available as of yet. Victini, the first fire-psychic type in pokemon history (there is one other in this generation, but it is situational), is only obtainable until april 10th, 2011. To recieve victini, a wi-fi connection is necessary. When you start up the game, select Mystery Gift from the screen to obtain a Liberty Pass. Pick this up by talking to the delivery man in any poke-center. Take the Liberty Pass to Liberty Pier in Castelia City (really???) and
talk to the woman by the boat. After a scene involving team plasma procceed to the tower, battling plasma goons,
and enter. The room at the back contains 1 final goon and Victini. Bring plenty of pokeballs because this one isnt an easy catch.
Zorua, a dark pokemon with an interesting ability (ill let you find out yourself), is only obtainable if you have the hg/ss event celebi. To transfer from hg/ss you have to find a scientist somewhere in castelia city who will tell you about is wonderful device that only someone who knows the password can use. The first password is Everyone Happy, the second is Simple Connection. He will then give you access to his Relocator, which you require two Ds systems to use. Simply relocate celebi and proceed to the Game Freak building also in castelia city, with celebi in your party. Be sure to have an extra pokeball. A little boy will get excited when celebi pops out of it's ball, suprise!!! Little Boy is actually zorua and it wants to join your party.
Zoruark, the evolution (lv 30) of Zorua, oddly enough also obtainable through a seperate event entirely. Follow the above steps to obtain access to the Relocator, and transfer any of the three event dogs (Entei, Raikou, Suicune) to your game. Proceed to nimbasa city, and from there to the eastern exit. The entrance to Lostlorn forest is not far from the gate. Walk North into the relatively empty 'forest with one of the dogs in your party and an old woman will run and attack you. Guess who! Yep, Zoruark. Unlike zorua this is a battle.

if there are others i am currently unaware. Landorus is event-ish, but not really. Look that one up elsewhere because i haven't figured it out yet.
