Dee Jay was a supporting character in the live action film. Unlike most of the other characters from Street Fighter II, Dee Jay never fought in the film and mainly severed as a form of dry humor and sarcasm. A big jump from the character that inspired him, Dee Jay was intelligent, greedy tech genius instead of constantly cheerful singer. In this version, Dee Jay works for Bison.
He is one of two characters to only be in Street Fighter: Real Battle On Film, the other was Blanka. In the movie and games, Dee Jay was played by Miguel A. Núñez, Jr..
Story[edit]
Dee Jay is a hacker and engineer who worked for Microsoft before being hired by General Bison in the country of Shadowloo. In the game's ending it is revealed that Dee Jay was initially forced to work for Sagat before he stole Sagat's money and fled the country. Dee Jay now searches for work wherever there's money to be made.
