Tingle
In order to decipher the many Triforce Charts you will find in the game, you will need Tingle (his island is at C3). You will need exactly 3,184 rupees (398 per map) to decipher all Triforce Charts and reveal the location of every Triforce Shard. If you saved up before that, that's how much you need to reveal the shards or the Triforce of Courage!
