Bao (包) is one of the adopive students of Chin Gentsai. Just like Athena Asamiya, he can control the Psycho Power, but continually loses and regains that ability due to it being reliant on a special source of energy: the Dragon Spirit. He shares this behavior with his fellow students Sie Kensou.
