You begin trial immediately. As Klavier gives his opening statements, a conversation will reveal that someone is terminally ill, so The Judge and Klavier would like to end trial very quickly. Klavier will say that LeTouse is killed by two gunshots from a large caliber revolver. '''LeTouse's Autopsy Report''' will be added to the Court Record. Klavier will next say that death wasn't immediate and presents a '''Crime Photo''', which is added to the Court Record. Klavier will also say that the revolver was fired twice - the first shot missing, and the second a direct hit, as seen in the '''Diagram''', which is also added to the Court Record.

The Judge sees that the revolver is large enough to  break a few bones. Klavier states that when the murder happened, there where two witnesses that heard the gunshots (You and Ema). Both witnesses broke into the dressing room, only to see that the murderer wasn't there. It may seem impossible, but only Machi could have pulled it off. How so? Klavier will say that Machi did it under certain circumstances.
