The items collected throughout Danganronpa are referred to in-game as presents. Most presents can be collected by random from the MonoMono Machine in the school shop on the first floor and can then be given to fellow students during Free Time, with some exceptions:

  • #91 can be obtained from the MonoMono Machine, but doing so in Chapter 2 will trigger a bonus scene.
  • #92 appears in the MonoMono Machine after clearing Chapter 6, able to be obtained at random. Doing so will unlock a bonus scene in the Movie Gallery.
  • #93-100 are obtained by clearing each chapter (including the Prologue and the Epilogue).
  • #101-114 are obtained by clearing every School Mode ending.
