Viewed as cheap by most of the people that play this game, he actualy isn't.
General
Jumping
he jumps slowly and low, but can jump 7 times. Some regard this as cheap but fox jumps almost as much.
Flying
When hit he is the second to fly the furthest, only beaten by jigglypuff.
Throw
It's mediocre. It takes your enemy around 170 damage to die from the foward throw. And it's hard to combo with them. There's a trick you can pull off with it. If you stand next to an edge and you roll towards it, when you foward A someone, you will send him to the KO floor and kill yourself, but it won't count as a kill.
