Place the Firefly Lamp and enter Lumina and head to the right circle. Go to the upper right and up the second set of stairs. There is a door on the upper right of the screen that you can enter. Go inside and talk to the woman (Monique) at the counter. While talking to her, a man named Gilbert enters and puts his two cents in. The event begins. Leave the shop and you'll find Gilbert just outside. You'll need to talk to him, during which you are given a few choices. You can either choose to buy them (for 3,000 Lucre total) or go sell them. You could always choose "Yeah, Right!", but then you won't get to complete the event. If you choose to buy them, the event ends and you will receive your rewards, however, if you choose to sell them, follow these instructions:

Once completed, head to the upper right and back up the stairs to speak with Gilbert. Follow him back into the shop and you witness a dialog scene. Leave the shop, approach the left screen, and talk to Monique or Gilbert to continue. Once they go their separate ways, return to the shop and speak with Monique to receive the AF "Trembling Spoon" and end the event.
