The chief aspect of Settlement Survival is worker and resource management. Players cannot directly control their citizenry, and instead must assign workers to tasks provided by buildings to determine their function. Once a worker is assigned to a structure, they will perform whatever tasks are necessary at their own pace.
Throughout the game, players will also have to contend with various events - some positive, some negative, and some requiring additional information. Review the Random events page for further information.
