A Kill Frenzy is activated when you run over it, or when you enter the [[Grand Theft Auto 2/Vehicles|vehicle]] required to pass it. Once activated, you need to use the [[Grand Theft Auto 2/Weapons|weapon]] or vehicle supplied to kill or destroy the specified targets within the time limit. Weapons have infinite ammo, but cannot be changed until the Frenzy is passed or failed. Vehicles can be exited if need be.

Just run around and shoot. This should be easy. Bad thing is, you'll have to shoot some Yakuza so be prepared to flee after this.

On the west side of the map (west of the green Yakuza phone), a tank stands around. Enter it.
Destroy 20 vehicles in 60 seconds with a tank.
If you want, create a pile of vehicles nearby (by just parking in the middle of the road) and destroy it. Else try to run over vehicles and shoot at them. Good luck!

North of the green Zaibatsu phone (run through the buildings). South of the respray.
Destroy 10 vehicles in 60 seconds with a rocket launcher.
This should be easy. Go to the street in the north. Just aim at cars and make sure to not blow yourself up. Indirect explosions also count (if a hit vehicle blows other vehicles up) so you can aim for combos.

On the north west corner of the map there's a fire truck. Enter it.
Kill 20 people in 60 seconds with a fire truck.
Just drive along the way to the south and run over people. This shouldn't be too hard.

Northern of the green Looney phones, follow a red path to the north to get this kill frenzy.
Kill 70 people in 120 seconds with an Uzi.
Run to the west into the Looney headquarter and shoot at everyone. Hope not to get wasted. Armor may help.

Near the yellow Looney phones, go up the stairs.
Destroy 4 vehicles in 120 seconds by using a silenced Uzi.
You may want to park a vehicle on the street first, then blow them up. This is possible in 30 seconds if you do this before taking the frenzy.

In the south east of the map, on a harbor (west of the area with the crane).
Kill 80 people in 120 seconds with a silenced Uzi.
This is possible so don't be shocked. Run to the north (killing people, of course) and alont the street in either way. There should be enough people to kill. Cops also count. If you run to the east, you can kill some people near the crane, too.

Enter a building southeast of the church. Here you see kill frenzy 8.
Destroy 15 vehicles in 60 seconds with the rocket launcher.
Go to the east and blow up cars. Try to make combos with police cars. This one should be easier than it sounds. Just don't waste yourself and don't get caught by the police!

In the south east of the map, to the west of the crane, there's a tank. Enter it.
Kill 35 people in 60 seconds with a tank.
This is one of the hardest frenzies in Downtown. Get used to the tank before you start this. This means: Save before you take this and try a few times. Make sure to have four police heads when you start this so more people appear who can be killed. Don't let them take you out of the tank. You'll need some luck here but just run over people (cars won't count, even if people are inside) and shoot with the rocket launcher. Don't worry, the tank is not indestructible but can take lots of damage. If you manage to destroy a tank in less than 30 minutes (being inside) - respect! Every single man counts and the time limit is very hard. Good luck!

North of the police station. West of the respray in Flotsam. East of the church. It's between two houses.
Kill 30 people in 180 seconds with a rocket launcher.
Just run around and aim at people. Be careful not to blow yourself up. In the north are Zaibatsu who can be good victims.

Get a weapon before you start this! Go north from the church and enter the building to the right. It's at the end of the building.
Kill 5 Cops in 60 seconds with a silenced Uzi.
If you try to get hunted by some cops before starting the mission, it's easier. Run to the street and kill cops, hoping enough will come. Alternatively, shoot people in the building while running out. After passing the frenzy, you'll probably be hunted so kill the cops in your way, steal a police car and drive to a crane to get a cop bribe. Hint: Get token 43 near the kill frenzy.

From the west side of the church, go north. On the street before the Zaibatsu building, go east. It's in an entrance.
Destroy 8 vehicles in 120 seconds with an Uzi.
Just shoot at cars until they explode. Make sure to not get caught by cops. The SWAT team may appear after 5 or 6 cars - depending on how many cops you killed - (if cops come at all, which is not always the case) and will be annoying but you should have enough time to run over them or maybe even respray a car.

In Avalon on top of a building to the east of the south end of the train station.
Kill 5 people in 60 seconds with Molotov cocktails.
This one is harder. Go to the street, throw molotovs and hope they hit. If police arrives, you can aim to hit them. Be forewarned that indirect kills (like destroyed by car explosions) won't count here. If you run into the building to the north (the one with kill frenzy 18) and throw molotovs while running around, you have good chances to hit some people.

West Altamount. It's on the east side of the building with many bridges.
Kill 10 people in 60 seconds with Molotov cocktails.
Just run around and throw, hoping to hit enough. Be careful to not waste yourself. Personally, I find this kind of frenzy very difficult.

Altamount. In a building north west of the respray. An Aniston BD4 is next to the building. Enter it from the west.
Kill 30 people in 120 seconds with Molotov cocktails.
To me, this is the hardest mission in Downtown. Run around, throw cocktails and hope to blow people up and not yourself. Try to get some cops since they're easy to kill. The time limit is very hard, so good luck! There's a little trick: Make sure the Yakuza like you before you start this. Now when you do the frenzy, run into Yakuza territory (it's to the south west) and throw molotovs as usual until you get there. Then hunt the Yakuza and other people there. There should be enough people so some should get killed.

Flotsam. North of the respray. Near some water. A beamer stands nearby.
Destroy 10 vehicles in 60 seconds with a flamethrower.
Run to the street in the west and kill all vehicles you see. If you're lucky, enough will appear.

In Avalon to the east of the train station.
Kill 60 people in 120 seconds with a flame thrower.
Run around and don't use the flame thrower all of the time but only when you're near enough to hit. You have to be a little lucky to have enough people appear. You'll have to kill some cops and SWAT guys, so run through the streets.

Go north from the church. It's on the right side of the road.
Kill 40 people in 120 seconds with an Uzi.
Just run around and shoot at people. When no more people are around, stop shooting for a short while so they don't run away before you can get them. Alternatively, go into the building in the south where enough people run around and keep on shooting. It's possible to do this in less than a minute then.

On the west side of the map (south west of the University), a taxi stands around. Enter it.
Run over 50 people in 180 seconds with a taxi.
This one should be no problem at all. If you still have trouble, drive to Looney HQ, Zarelli or Ukita and drive over gang members. Three minutes are a lot of time and it's possible to do this in less than one with the abovementioned strategy. If you need only more than 90 seconds when in Ukita or Looney HQ, improve your driving skills.
