Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney/Episode 4: Turnabout Goodbyes

Christmas Eve: Two men rowing in a middle of the lake are arguing. One says he has suffered for too long and, thus, wants revenge. He shoots him with a gun. The other man falls into the lake, as the murderer leaves him to his watery grave. The next morning, at the Wright & Co. Offices, Phoenix Wright, helping Maya find some cold water to help her E.S.P., though not much. Watches the news about the murder. The prime suspect is none other, than Miles Edgeworth. How can he possibly kill another man? We'll just have to find out.

Edgeworth is Phoenix’s rival. He became a prosecutor at the age of 20. He has a profound hatred for crime and criminals. It seems now he'll know how it feels to be called a criminal

Not much is known about Robert Hammond or his connection to Edgeworth.

Manfred von Karma

Von Karma used to be Edgeworth's mentor. He claims that he has never lost a case. A prosecutor to fear.

Witness

Lotta Hart

Lotta was camping at the lake on the night of murder. She is the main witness to the murder. She claims that she was performing research on the lake that included using a camera that triggers to loud noises.

Oldman

The old man lives at the Boat Shop on the lake. Apparently he has completely lost his memory and no one knows his real name or any other information about him.

Detective Dick Gumshoe

Gumshoe is absent minded and can be short tempered at times. Mostly he is a friendly and helpful character. He has great respect for Miles Edgeworth.

Maya Fey

Maya is Phoenix's helpful assistant. She is also a huge fan of the Steel Samurai.

Larry Butz

Larry is Phoenix's best friend since grade school. As of this case, Larry works at the Samurai Dogs stand on the beach.

Gregory Edgeworth

Gregory Edgeworth is Miles Edgeworth's deceased father.

Polly

Polly is the old man's only companion.
