Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen/Route 11

This route has a lot of grass and a small water area, plus there are 10 trainers that are ready to challenge you. In addition, the building that separates this area from route 12 contains Professor Oak's aide who will give you an Itemfinder as long as you have caught 30 different Pokemon in your Pokedex.

#96 Drowzee
Drowzee is a Psychic-type Pokémon, which evolves into Hypno. Despite being Psychic-type Pokémon, it isn't that useful and it's outclassed by Alakazam nearly every way. Even Kadabra outclasses it (if you didn't have the chance to trade) since Drowzee's movepool is very shallow.
