Route 21

Route 21 is the water route that connects Pallet Town to Cinnabar Island. Use Electric and Plant Pokemon to breeze through this simple route. Be sure to hit up the grass on the northern part of the route if you're interested in catching a Tangela, as it is the only Pokemon that spawns there. If you took this route first, don't forget to tackle Routes 19 and 20, otherwise you may skip out on an awesome Pokemon!
