Large coverage. All people (but more exhibits)

Medium coverage. All grades. You can only see this in the education building selection when you get it from an advisor.

Education

Education is about school. People say it IS okay to lower their free time and higher their studies as they go on the education ladder. Even some of the oldest sims have education. When does the color change?

In chart of education, even though you have enough schools, the residents are still dumb (or low E.Q.). Color changes slightly through time. Some people may notice the change of color. At enough time, you may have smart sims rolling in the sidewalks and even cars.
