even if you try to make a research center city you'll end in a cyber punk city, you can go by three ways: expanding a knowledge city towards prosperity and governmental sector, getting an hi-tech iron fist for your corporate town, or unleash the science and free market on your Orwellian city. of all types, the cyber punk city is the most hard to make as one city rather than three or two cities sticked together. also if you put productivity buildings with the time will become really cool looking, with all that neon and publicity over their bleak walls.
