Mana Break lets Anti-Mage burn a portion of his target's mana with every normal attack, as well as dealing 60% of mana burned as bonus damage. While the mana burn doesn't seem like a lot, Anti-Mage's fast attack speed can make it drain away frighteningly quickly. Very devastating against mana-reliant intelligence heroes or strength heroes who already have low mana pools.

Blink lets Anti-Mage teleport a short distance to the targeted area. This ability has a myriad of uses. You can use it to escape an attempted gank, chase down wounded enemies, bypass terrain obstacles and to simply get to somewhere quickly. With a 5 second cooldown at level 4 you can easily spam it constantly to give you great mobility.

Anti-Mage is every spell caster's worst nightmare. He can quickly drain mana with every attack, leaving spell-dependant heroes defenseless. He can also survive devastating spells with his Spell Shield while his Blink helps him hunt down fleeing targets or escape from a dangerous situation. Once his enemies' mana pool run dry, a Mana Void will finish them off effectively. Anti-Mage is one of the most popular hard carries in the game, and one of the most feared ones too.
