The last of the Sevii Islands to visit for Celio's quest, Three Island was targeted by Bikers who are harassing the local residents. Head up north to enter the city and try to locate Lostelle.
When you first arrive, Three Island does not offer much; only a Pokemon Center and Lostelle's house are available. Soon you will discover that Three Island has been overridden with Bikers who want to take the town for themselves. Ignore the cave hole at the entrance of the town, it offers nothing to you, at least after you beat the Elite Four.
When you arrive at the port, you see that some Bikers are harassing the townsfolk. Head north into the town itself. At first, Three Island has only a Pokémon Center and Lostelle's house available. You will discover that it has been overridden with Bikers who want to take the town for themselves.
