Ruvus Forest is a dungeon that focuses going left or right. No ups or downs. Kinda like going in a straight line. There are some glyphs you can obtain here. On your way you'll find a statue with aura coming out of it. You can break them for a glyph that no enemy will drop. Break the staute and absorb the '''Macir''' Glyph, a hammer glyph. It's a very powerful weapon. Although a little slow, it has lots of power. I recommend equipping it.

As you continue through the dungeon, you'll notice a Necromancer there. Some enemies will use a glyph to attack. You can absorb it while they are trying to use it. Not only will you stop them from using it, but you'll gain that glyph they were using. Absorb his '''Fidelis Caries''' Glyph. The first out of other summons you'll get. This glyph summons Zombies to help you. The good thing about this is you can easily level it up since once you absorb (or didn't absorb) his glyph, he'll teleport somewhere else (not far from your location) and attempts to use it again. You can easily level this glyph up to level 3 by doing this.

The last glyph you can obtain here is from a enemy. The Axe Knight will drop it. The glyph he'll drop is the '''Ascia''' glpyh, a Axe attack. Pretty good too. If he doesn't drop it, leave the room and reenter it til he drops it.

Now Continue through the dungeon til you reach the end of it. exit the stage. The Kalidus Channel  will be unlocked once you leave Ruvas Forest from the right. Now head into the Kalidus Channel (go back and save at Wygol Village so you don't have to repeat this stage if you die).
