The training hall is another optional area that can be accessed from the main map after going through the secret exit in Dracula's castle. This area focuses on jumping on platforms and avoiding obstacles. There are enemies, but they are not necessary to defeat. The Volaticus glyph is disabled. There is no boss, but at the end you will find the Redire glyph and a green chest.
The first room has swinging axes that you have to time your jumps in between. Alternatively, you can use the Arma Machina glyph to guard against the damage, but this consumes MP. If you already have the Redire glyph, you can use it with the Magnes glyph to launch yourself above the axes. The next room has moving platforms and fire pillars you have to avoid. From here on you will need to equip the Magnes glyph. The third room has enemies, but you only need to defeat the Bone Pillars blocking your path. In the next room, you have the option of leaving by going right. To continue on, launch yourself up while avoiding the circling flame demon heads. The remaining rooms contain more platform jumping using the Magnes glyph while avoiding the fire pillars. The last room is a long vertical room containing several chests. You will have to be careful with the moving spikes as you fall down. About half down you can absorb the Redire glyph.
